I contacted the company sent picture of the paint list and the wrong color and they sent out the replacement color. I also ordered the Magnifying Glass which was really helpful. 100% recommend this company, never fail to disappoint and products are always great quality, have ordered around 4 times now and will continue to order in future, After the weeks wait my kit arrived, everything was present. receiving my paintings there was a couple of discrepancies with the paint, however after emailing customer service I got an almost immediate response and the problem has been sorted within a couple of days! It was the only one I could find which I why I used Numeral Paint instead of amazon. But one of the colors were wrong. I noticed a problem almost straight away as the mountain range in background was coloured a slightly different shade of blue from the sky and the sea was same mix of 2 blues , the green grass was yellow or orange and all over the picture are big areas of pale blue . But one of the colors were wrong. The frame went together nicely and the canvase fitted the frame well. They were extremely responsive, and answered my questions quickly. I have now gone through three brushes as the canvas and the paints have frayed them and I am nowhere near finished. Talking about artists making the products which is why it takes so long lol. This is my 3rd painting-by-numbers kit and I thought I should write what I found. I contacted the company sent picture of the paint list and the wrong color and they sent out the replacement color.
